Elvan Toffix Sour – Cola

The brand Toffix is part of the Elvan Group, one of the largest Turkish candy manufacturers, founded in Istanbul in 1952 by Ahmet Hamdi Kadiroğlu and his son Mustafa; by the 1970s, Elvan had expanded from a small confectionery shop to a chain of large-scale factories, launching the Toffix brand in the 1990s—Toffix Sours, inspired by Western-style candies, feature fruity flavors and a chewy texture reminiscent of traditional Turkish sweets like macun, an Ottoman-era toffee-like candy flavored with fruits, citrus, florals, and herbs, once served fresh with a sour lemon dip by street vendors and now echoed in the modern sour-chewy-fruity Toffix experience.
