The company was founded in 2003 by three farmers, and now serves over a thousand grocery stores and supermarkets across the Netherlands. Sustainability is a major focus for Hoeksche Chips—they grow their own potatoes and produce the chips on-site at the farm. Their chips are even made from unpeeled potatoes, which helps to reduce food waste.
