Roka Cheese Puffs

In 1949, Jo Roodenrijs founded his snack brand, ROKA, in the Dutch city of Delft. The name “ROKA” combines the first letters of his family name with those of “kaastabletten,” the Dutch term for “cheese crispies.” It literally translates to “cheese tablets,” which also happen to be one of the brand’s most popular offerings. ROKA actually makes a number of cheesy snacks; these cheese puffs are super crispy and flavored with Gouda cheese as well as onion and garlic for a well-rounded, ultra-savory taste. Try adding them to your next snack platter or charcuterie board. Cheese puffs will pair well with grapes, apples, cured meats, and of course, cheese.
