Cheese Souffle
Cheesy, fluffy and surprisingly easy to make!

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 13.5 oz of milk
- 5 oz. of grated gruyere or swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- Nutmeg
- Salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees on convection bake/fan setting if possible
- Heat butter in a saucepan on low heat, add flour and stir quickly for 1 minute
- Add the warmed milk and stir with a whisk for 1-2 minutes or until combined
- Remove pan from heat
- Separate the egg whites from yolks one by one then beat the whites thoroughly with a whisk, adding a pinch of salt
- In the cooled pan of butter, flour and milk, add the egg yolks one by one, then the grated cheese
- Add a pinch of nutmeg, pepper and salt to taste
- Add the beaten egg whites, mixing gently
- Pour mixture into a round baking dish
- Bake for 35 minutes
- Remove, allow to cool, slice and enjoy!
