Dalgona
Fast and easy Korean cookies made with only 3 ingredients!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- A small handful of nuts (optional)
Preparation
- Place the nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the sugar in the center of a small pan over low heat (a mini single-egg pan is amazing for this).
- As the sugar starts to melt, stir it gently so it doesn't burn. Continue to cook until the sugar is completely liquid.
- Add the baking soda and continue stirring. The color will quickly turn beige and the sugar will expand.
- As soon as the baking soda is incorporated, carefully drop the cookie on top of the nuts.
- Allow to fully cool for 10 minutes. It will be very hot, so do not touch!
- Enjoy!
