Ingredients

  • 4 medium tomatoes or 1 pint of small colorful tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 200g (7 oz) feta cheese
  • Capers
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Flaky salt

Preparation

  1. Cut tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and onions into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix with olives, capers and top with the feta block.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle oregano, and garnish with flaky salt.
